An adhesive is often used to join different materials of a seat. But the application process requires a drying process (location and time) and the amount applied to be controlled. Sometimes, the smell of the adhesive will also remain after drying.

Using a tag gun and tag pins makes the process simple and straightforward: just press the tip of the hand tool into the material and squeeze the tool. There’s also no need for complex control or drying, which reduces cost. It has a track record of more than 30 years in the automobile industry.

Instead of sewing, this can be used as a substitute to join sheet of different materials and the production takt time can also be shortened as sewing equipment is no longer required.

It has a track record of being used as an heat insulating material in household appliances to join rubber and sponge sheets. When rubber and sponge sheets are sewed together, sewing machines and other equipment are needed so securing the space required and a longer production takt time etc. become issues.

Using a tag gun and tag pins makes the process simple and straightforward: just press the tip of the hand tool into the material and squeeze the tool. Compared to a sewing machine which joins the sheets linearly, the production takt time is shorter for Bano'k pins as the sheets are joined at points instead, leading to a lower cost. If you use an air gun head instead of a tag gun, processes involving humans can also be reduced.
