Product name: Fe-Pin- Contaminant Detection -

This respond to a needle inspection machine or metal detector to help prevent the broken ends of Bano'k pins from being mixed as a contaminant.

It is used to fasten the article label of an original roll of sheet material with Bano'k pins and to detach the article label prior to shipment. The cut ends of the Bano'k pins need to be collected when the article labels are cut but normally, the small cut ends of nylon Bano'k pins cannot be fully collected, thereby contaminating the original roll of fabric and the packaging.

Since Fe-Pins are made of resin mixed with iron powder, the cut ends of the Bano'k pins react with the needle inspection machine or metal detector. Contamination by foreign matter can be prevented by passing it through an inspection prior to shipment. The chances of being able to prevent the problem of furnishings such as gloves etc. used in the work site being mixed in the packaging can be increased by attaching the Fe-Pins beforehand.(*Made to order. Inquire for more details as this is limited to some models only.)

Product name:Bano'k pin (UX Pin)- Temporary Fastening of Work Process -

Temporary fastening to maintain the shape prior to damage treatment of denim becomes very easy.

Temporary fastening methods using metal pins and temporary sewing etc. are used to create the wrinkles prior to damage treatment in the denim production process. When post-processing treatment is wrong, products may be shipped with metal pins still attached to them and temporary sewing will also require sewing equipment and time.

When a tag gun and Bano'k pins are used, there is no risk of metal pins being left behind in temporary fastening of the material. Moreover, since sewing machines and other equipment are not required, work can be carried out more easily with a simple hand tool than hand sewing.
