We will establish Shanghai Bano'k Co., Ltd., a subsidiary that is 100% funded by our company, in Shanghai, China, which is becoming one of the largest markets and is where many Japanese apparel companies, which are important customers of ours, have offices.
 
The subsidiary will communicate not only with offices in Japan, but with the sales office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, so that we can strive to provide even quicker and more generous services.
