Toska-Bano'k Co., Ltd. will be merging with Mech Mold Co., Ltd. to form the new Toska-Bano'k Co., Ltd. starting March 1, 2019.

　Although both companies have been run as a planning/sales company and a development/production company for plastic-related products, in order to adapt to a market environment in which competition will further intensify in future, we have established a solid management organizational system to further strengthen the corporate structure and build a production and sales organization in Japan and overseas to promote the development of products that conform to changes in the market environment.
